Hypoglycemic and pregnant?

i am hypoglycemic so i have to eat every 2 hours or i will pass out, i have had this for about 3 years, so before i got pregnant, and its alot worse now that i am. i have to eat more and make sure im not using to much energy or my glucose level will drop faster. i am 34w so only 6 weeks left till its due, and i was wondering what will happen when i do go into labour cause you cant eat. my mom told me they might have to give me a c-section, is this true or what will happen?
