Almost always, I've gotten headaches after eating most things that are sugary. Whether it be just two or three skittles, or a fruit smoothie I drank earlier, I sometimes get a massive headache. As of late, I'd say since this past summer, I've felt fatigued, often sleepy and drained of energy. I had blood taken, but for a test in which they did not have me eat for hours prior. Which, I do not understand because I would think they would need to measure how my levels rise after eating a certain food. Could I be hyper or hypoglycemic, diabetes?
