I have two ulcers and a blood clot in my stomach what should be done about blood clot?

I went to my doc with pain in my lower left abdomen. my stomach will swell up. I had endoscopy done and they found a blood clot and two ulcers and my stomach had lot of blood in it as well. What should be done about the blood clot? I was put on Ranitidine 150mg twice a day. Should I be on carafe to? I also had ryn gastric bypass 6 years ago and I am hypoglycemic
