Whats the perfect diet for me?
There are sooooo many diets out there I don't know where to begin. I am 23, 5'5", 135 pounds and would like to lose about 15-20 pounds. My job allows me to do a lot of exercising there, as I lift heavy objects and do a lot of walking. Problem is that I like pasta, and I like my bread, so trying to incorporate those into a diet is hard to do. I am also hypoglycemic, so that can also make it hard to find a good diet. I've heard that the Sonoma diet is a new up and comer diet getting quite popular and a diet like the Slim Fast diet would be nice because of the convenience of being able to buy their products anywhere. Again, all I want to do is lose 15-20 pounds and keep it that way.
