My friend is really sick! (shes in hospital, dr.s wont tell me anything!)?

Hypoglycemia is low sugar. Panic attack may mean she has been suffering from some ailments in the abdomen like adrenal insufficiency, ulcerative colitis, Celiac disease or the kind. Something she ate is triggering the hypoglycemia and possibly an Anaphylaxis attack. Hypoglycemia causes hypoxia and therefore she became unconscious. and it is an Emergency condition. Hypoxia(a condition where adequate oxygen does not reach brain) can cause scars within the cerebellum and can become fatal. These are one of the many possibilities. Doctors need time and necessary test to arrive at diagnosis and until then they may not tell you what caused it. Just a layman's opinion.
