27 year old male with blood sugar problems?

Even though he eats in a healthy way, he may not be eating in the way he needs to in order to manage his hypoglycemia. Hypoglycemics should eat complex carbohydrates and fruit for breakfast, such as oatmeal with strawberries and some protein on the side such as egg whites. This type of meal will keep his blood sugar levels longer throughout the day. He should also eat every 3.5 to 4 hours to maintain his blood sugar levels, again focusing on complex carbohydrates and protein.
