Question about something really weird from earlier today.?

ok so today in 3rd period, about 8:00 am i think, i was working on my Algebra packet, Language Arts essay, taking inequality notes, and thinking about my American Studies project, when out of nowhere my entire body froze, like, you know hat feeling in your foot when it falls asleep, well my entire body from the neck down had that feeling for like 2 min., and even worse, my lungs just stopped working for those 2 min. the entire time no one noticed and i'm worried it'll happen again and for longer to the point i, like, faint or something, please help. I don't know if it'll help, but, here's some more info about me: male, 14, i get frequent migraines, and i'm also hypoglycemic.
