I bought a puppy 10 days ago and now I am finding out that the puppy has lots of problems.?

she would have died if I did not take her to the vet today(She still might die). What can I do to get money back from the person that sold it to me. (if anything). I paid for a healthy puppy and got a VERY sick one. She has a liver condition and is Hypoglycemic and a couple of other problems!!
