What kind of lifestyle should I adopt?
I have lived a very stressful lifestyle my entire life, and have suffered from headaches everyday/ever other day. Then from November 2010 to May 2011 I had an incessant severe headache. I never slept because of the pain and got very depressed because I couldn't function, I always felt horrible. I went to so many doctors for months, and nothing. I finally was diagnosed with TMJ and was prescribed a night guard that I can wear for most of the day. I still have headaches when I don't sleep well and I rarely ever have a good night sleep because I can't fall asleep. Also, I'm also hypoglycemic, so basically its the opposite of diabetes, my body processes sugar too fast and my doctor told me to avoid headaches caused by hypoglycemia I have to eat every 3 hours. I also found out during this time that the reason I have terrible acne is because I'm allergic to animal products. I went vegan to improve my health as a test and my skin clear up after one day. When I slacked off and started to eat meat and dairy products I started breaking out all over again. I stopped eating animal products clear skin again. I have no idea to go about my life because, I have come to the conclusion that there is no cure for these headaches, and I will never be normal or well enough to have a career. In the middle of all this I wish I could loose weight I'm 5'6 133 pound but I wish to be thin around 117.
