Pregnant or what .......?

I have a child already (over the age of 1) and I seem to be 2 days late. Last month my period came at day 25 (close to how it used to be before I had my daughter) and it was extremely heavy and crampy(I'm now sitting on day 29 with no af). Now I'm just crampy, no blood whatsoever and it confuses me because my ex has delayed ejaculation(not my daughters father) and so, I couldn't possible be pregnant, correct? When I was pregnant with my daughter I knew and I don't have that feeling now, so could it just be all of the leftover hormones leaving and my bodys going back to pre-baby mode now? Confused!
