My is pregnant & her stomach has bruise spot...could a puppy b 2 big or did 1 die causing internal bleeding.?

My dog is a 4lb yorkie and she is pregnat 4 da second time....her first time around hvin pups didnt go so great bcuz she spoiled and wanted all da attention instead of takin care of her puppies so 2died of malnutrion and hypoglycemic and 1 lived.....so she pregnant again and i just noticed a bruised on her stomach hope the pups are ok.... She is quite big and is due sumtime dis mth
