I havent receive my fafsa grant yet? ?

I applied in April and had something delay. But it was all done by 05/03/2011. I waited 6 weeks, but it still hasn't come in. So I called my school and they told me to wait another 3 weeks. I was pretty piss for the most part. They're making up excuses and stuff!!! Will I be delay or what? I want to resister for fall now before it's too late.
