Hypoglycemic kitten episode?

Our kitten is having an episode. She can't move, and doesn't swallow the sugar water we're giving her through a syringe. Please, what do we do? Our mom isn't home, and we took her to the vet 3 days ago, and she fell back into the rut. Please =(
