I know it may be a bit ridiculous, but I'm really afraid of going into hypoglycemic shock. I started a small fast for four days, eating a small meal on Sunday. Then I continued to a water fast for three more days. Today I want to come off the fast. I bought some grapefruit juice but it has 30 grams of sugar per every 8 oz. What is the safest way possible to do this?
