Do I have Hypoglycemia? and what should glucose test result be?

I'm diabetic and your normal glucose level should be between 4 and 7. I have had a few episodes like that and they are hypos. Yes the test is higher after eating. You need to eat breakfast lunch and tea at regular times, at least that's what I was told. You also check your levels before you eat. You shouldn't really eat chocolate either it works but its a quick fix that won't last long. What I find works is 4 -6 energy tablets (lucozade) e.g. then small tin of coke, then check your levels again after 15 mins. You should be fine then. I hope this helps
