Am I hypoglycemic or diabetic or something else?

2 days ago i lost consciousness while standing in a convenience store w/ my fianc�e. Luckily he caught me, eased me to the ground and revived me. On the way to the hospital my blood sugar level was at 67mg, after a very large amount of glucose was put into my I.V. i tested at 111mg. I have been dealing with random episodes of extreme fatigue for many years now, but this was scary, Now, as suggested by a friend of mine I am regularly testing my blood sugar throughout the day, but its been 278, 293, and now 336. and I was told my blood sugars should be like 90- 150? They did all kinds of heart and lung tests while i was in the hospital but the doctor said he could determine anything from the tests, i'm scared.
